Adds New Features to Enhance the Dealership Showroom and Service Departments

BEDFORD, MA – January 22, 2015 – ViewPoint Interactive Kiosks™ today announced that it is now supporting Audi, Ford, Honda, Infiniti, Subaru, Toyota and Volkswagen. This is in addition to the previously announced support for Lexus, Lincoln, Chevrolet and Jeep.  ViewPoint is now available nationwide for these dealerships and additional brands will follow soon. 

ViewPoint is the modern, multi-touch display showroom kiosk designed to engage, entertain and educate consumers about the latest vehicle models, while building a strong connection to the automotive and dealership brand. The touch monitors range from small hand-held tablets to large wall mounted units and combine rich video and other mixed media into an engaging presentation system.

New Features Available for Showroom and Service Departments

In the service area, ViewPoint is used to explain service options and add-ons, plus keep customers entertained while they wait. ViewPoint provides the ability for service managers to better engage customers and sell dealership products. New service features such as new model promotions and inventory views are now available. Automatic check-in and service tracking of a vehicle are planned for an upcoming release. These features enable the service department to improve CSIs and increase revenue.
